By choosing the services of Gajanand Packers And Movers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our offerings include packing, moving, transportation, and unpacking of goods, all of which are subject to availability and pre-arranged schedules. Any changes to the original moving plan, such as additional items or special services, must be communicated promptly and may result in revised pricing. We maintain the right to adjust or decline service if needed. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding the goods to be moved for proper service planning. Gajanand Packers And Movers takes every precaution to safeguard your belongings during the moving process, but we are not liable for damage or loss caused by unforeseen circumstances, including accidents, natural disasters, or delays outside our control. Clients are encouraged to opt for insurance coverage for added protection of their goods, which must be arranged before the move begins. Any claims for damaged or lost items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with appropriate documentation for review. Without insurance, our liability is limited according to standard industry practices. Payments for our services must be made as per the agreed terms prior to or upon delivery of the goods. Any delay in payments may incur additional fees. In the event of cancellation, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the scheduled move to avoid cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the move date may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the resources committed.
